A bit of a gap in our posting. Sorry about that. A few new updates. First - did you see 16 days until the Q's arrive??????? Oh my gosh we are so darn excited!!!!
Last weekend Corey and I canoed the Minnihaha Creek in Minneapolis with about 50 of my friends/family from work. It was really fun as the crowd was quite diverse. Some of the countries represented; Brazil, Switzerland, Egypt, USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Paraguay, and more that I am sure I forgot!!! We did have a good time, but unfortunately we dumped once and Corey lost his wedding ring. Yesterday we went to our jeweler and they still had the some one! So a bit of an expensive day, but it was fun. Kate spend the day with Grandma Phyllie. I think they were outside the entire day playing!
A few days before the canoe trip we went and saw Kate's ENT. We are set with her surgery for tubes on June 30th. Scary for me and Corey, but they said it is only 15 mins and she will be good to go!
She is doing great. As you will see in the video, she is still a jabber-jaw and cruises around the house. You will also see that her cowboy hat is officially getting to small. Gonna have to retire that :) Joyce-it has been well played with/worn!
Yesterday we went and bought some bunk beds for the "guest" room. They will be Kate's when she gets bigger, but thought we should get them now so Thomas and Samuel will have their own bed when they are here. Corey and I were able to get a ton done since Kate hung out with Grandma and Grandpa Christiansen and Carrie and Kylie visited too.
Friday, the Strohs watched Kate. She had a blast! She got her toenails painted and even got a tatoo!!! Stylin! I guess she loved Molly's purses and the sandbox.
Today is a super day also! My friends from the UK are coming over - Niki and Katherine. So more pics to come!!!
