New words everyday!

Finger painting

Kate is really increasing her vocabulary lately! She has said; Mommy, Daddy, Rua, Baby, Zachey, go, Papa, Nana, "ica" for Pica for quite some time. Her new words are Stacy, Jeff, monkey, hat, please, thank you, love you, bottle (she uses for milk), cup, and a few more that I am sure I can't think of. She communicates pretty good with us...not too much frustration! She goes over to what she wants, tries to say a word, points, and signs for more. So as you can see we are quite pleased. Tonight in the bath she was playing with rubber ducks and saying "quack quack quack." It was so cute. The other night we were leaving Corey's parents house and she said "Hat on Mommy" and handed me my hat. I about fell over!!! Guess she is well on her way to learning how to chat like the best of the Jones girls :) Will wait to get her a mobile phone or grandma will never get off it!!! Ha!

We had a great weekend! Saturday night the Stroh kids stayed over. Kate loves it. When she woke up this morning she was so excited! The kids play great with Kate. Today they were blowing up balloons...as you will see in the pics!

Kate also tried finger painting for the first time. She loved it! As you can see she was all smiles! We now have some artwork for her playroom.

Until next time...

Look what those cousins did to me!
