Happy Halloween!

Kate loved trick-or-treating! It was so fun watching her! This was her first year and she got right into it. She dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood (she picked out the costume in early September!) We all had a super time. We went with Jen, her girls and Wendy, her boys. It was fun to see Kate go up to the doors and say trick - or - treat. Granted she wasn't as fast as some of the kids, but that didn't bother her at all. It ended up being a pretty good night temp wise. It was also a birthday party for Jen's daughter, Tegan. Kate calls her "my sister." They play so well together. And Carlos, Wendy's little guy, hangs in there with the girls! They are 6 months apart so they have fun together.

This weekend Corey installed a new closet organizer in Kate's bedroom. Now we just have to transfer the clothes over and she will be officially moved into her new room!
We are down to 5 weeks for the arrival of Kate's brother or sister. She understands somewhat...she really wants a sister I think. We are reading Big Sister books and she always wants the baby girl...and I get the baby boy! Guess we will see. She also already has her present picked out for Christmas...a beauty shop chair. Thanks to the Toys-r-us ad!

Kate is definitely a 2 year old. She has her own ideas about most things, but man does she make me laugh. Everyday she throws out something new that cracks me up. She is a silly one!

Well, until next time.
