Easter
Another Easter egg hunt, 1 1/2 hour mass, jelly beans, Hershey kisses, and lip gloss...that about sums up Easter Sunday! Kate did super at mass. She went between all of us, but mostly to Stacy. After church a couple ladies sitting behind us asked if Kate was my child or Stacy's because she goes so well to each of us. FUNNY! Good aunt Thacie :) Kate wanted Zachie to hold her, but had to be ok with just playing with his hair. Silly girl.

We had a very nice Easter weekend. Lots of playing outside. My parents and I went for a walk with Kate. She thought it would be a good idea to wear her mudders out...well about a fourth of the way into the walk they were off and she was in her socks! That was Grandmas idea :) Ha ha!
On Sunday, Kate not only woke up to her Easter basket from the Easter bunny, but also to the Strohs. Kate was so dang excited to see them. When Kate woke up the kids were still sleeping, but Stacy was up (whew)... she brought Kate in to cuddle with Molly. Kate got right up and spooned her and patted her on the back...she can't get enough of her Molly! After a wonderful lunch (ham and the works), we had a good Easter egg hunt. Kate knew the drill this time. She had to compete with some fast cousins, but she prevailed! I think Papa and Jeff hid about 150 eggs!
Kate looked so dang cute in her Easter dress. She didn't want to take it off when we got home from church!
Well now it seems to be getting closer to summer. It was 64 degrees out tonight. SUPER! We can play outside every night after dinner. Kate, Corey, and I are loving it...oh and of course Peekie (pica) and Rua.
Until next time...
