The Days of Kate & Jennifer

The other day we were watching TV and they said one...Kate chirped up and said TWO! It was awesome!!!! Corey and I looked at each other and were amazed. She is learning so much. Like the picture shows from the last post - she says "cheese" now when you take pictures...we didn't teach here that. Another one - we are teaching her - is "cheers" when we eat dinner. She is starting to get that one! Fun Fun!!!

This week I am in Argentina and Kate is with Daddy at home. She hasn't been feeling good - runny nose and coughing. So this means not sleeping well (so either is Corey). Hopefully this will be better soon!!! Grandma and Grandpa Christiansen are helping out by picking Kate up from daycare - so that is really nice.

It was hard to leave the little thing again...she was watching baby einstein and having milk with daddy while I scooted out. We had a nice weekend - Kate got to play with Oliver (our friends little guy) and I got to visit with Deb and Jon, Saturday morning. In the afternoon we did a bit of shopping (kate got a new winter hat and boots) and went out for dinner. She is such a big girl at resturants these days!

Have a good one...super nice day yesterday here, but today is rainy....but my view from the office is right out onto the ocean (well actually BIG river leading to the ocean) - not bad!
